Pryan has extensive experience with service delivery in Commonwealth Government including Department of Defence. We are specialists at providing ‘above the line’ support to ensure project assurance, management, schedule adherence and delivery. We have worked across several Government organisations, with ability to adapt processes and methodologies as conducive and appropriate for that agency environment and foundation systems. This is for delivery of either waterfall or agile type projects, or hybrid which is the more common approach. We are cognisant that Commonwealth Government seeks to leverage common Cross-Government strategies and platforms for ICT delivery and integration where possible.
We have experience with processes for business case development, user centred design, requirements gathering and development, user acceptance testing, assurance, operational testing and evaluation, data modelling, business analysis workflow, transition into service, and delivery management.
We have a depth of experience with the Defence Capability Lifecycle, and are well versed in the CLC documentation and processes, and have developed methodologies to assure project delivery against the CLC requirements as laid out in Functional Performance Specifications, Architectural designs, Systems Engineering and Security frameworks. We are versed in ITIL, AUSDAF, DODAF and DOORS. This includes compilation of assurance processes and methodologies for assessment of agile, or waterfall project delivery methodologies and products, whether on physical ICT systems or cloud-based platforms – we can adapt our methodologies to suit either environment.
Our expert team hold qualifications including Project Management (Prince2, LEAN, SAFE Agile), ISO9001, MS Azure Platform management, I-RAP, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, ISO27001 and CREST. Pryan consultants also have extensive experience in the development and assessment of documents required to ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures and the requirements of the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM), the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).
